This is the AI most people use every day.It’s fast, flexible, creative, and incredibly helpful for:

In fact, ChatGPT is still my go-to for the majority of creative work, and I use it every day in my consulting and training.
But browser AI doesn’t have access to your internal business files.It can’t open your Excel sheets, analyze your documents, or pull insights from your email or Teams.
And that’s where embedded AI comes in.
2️⃣ Embedded AI in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
This is where AI becomes transformational — especially in Excel.

If your information lives in Microsoft — use Microsoft’s AI.If you need creativity or ideas — ChatGPT is still your best friend.
5️⃣ Google Users — It Works the Same Way
If your organization uses Google Workspace:
Gemini in your browser = creative thinking
Gemini in Gmail/Docs/Sheets/Drive = productivity
Embedded AI lets you work with your real files, securely.
